DeBerry Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR for our Spring Hill, TN office. By joining our team, you’ll be part of an office of experienced and driven professionals who work together to provide top notch service and products to our clients.
The Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR will act as the primary contact and provider of daily servicing for clients including processing changes and advising clients on coverage options. This person will work directly with the agency principal.
Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain strong client relationships
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients
– Market and quote all new and renewal commercial accounts to various carriers
– Handle billing resolution and process financial agreements
– Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
– File and handle claims with concierge-like service
– Maintain agency procedures and follow up in the agency management system.
Requirements
– Current P&C license in Tennessee
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Previous commercial lines experience of 3 years or more is a plus
– Friendly, positive attitude
– Willingness to be a proactive team player
