Commercial Lines Account Manager/DeBerry Insurance Agency

DeBerry Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR for our Spring Hill, TN office. By joining our team, you’ll be part of an office of experienced and driven professionals who work together to provide top notch service and products to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Act as primary contact and provider of daily servicing for clients including processing changes and advising clients on coverage options
Market and quote all new and renewal commercial accounts to various carriers
Create proposals for new and renewal business
Handle billing resolution and process finance agreements as needed
File and handle claims with concierge-like service
Maintain agency procedures including documentation and follow up in Agency Management System
Work Directly with agency principal
Qualifications:
A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to be a proactive team player
Current P&C license in Tennessee
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous Commercial Lines experience of 3 years or more is a plus
Experience with Vertafore 360 Management System is a plus
