Position: Personal Lines CSR
Overview:
DeBerry Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines CSR for our Spring Hill, TN office. By joining us, you’ll be part of a team of experienced and driven professionals who work together to provide top notch service and products to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact and provider of daily servicing for clients including processing changes and advising clients on coverage options
- Market Personal renewals to our carriers
- Create proposals for new business
- Handle billing resolution
- File and handle claims with concierge-like service
- Maintain agency procedures including documentation and follow up in Agency Management System
Qualifications:
- A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to be a proactive team player
- Current P&C license in Tennessee
- Previous Personal Lines experience of 2 years is a plus
- Experience with Vertafore 360 Management System is a plus
- Excellent Written and Verbal skills by phone, letter, and email forms of communication
- Excellent Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft Office 365
